CORONAVIRUS:-
On December 31, 2019, China informed the World Health Organization (WHO) of a new virus, later known as COVID-19 - for the "CO" corona virus, for the "VI" virus and Is for Disease. The corona virus itself is called "nCoV-2019". The virus, which causes symptoms ranging from itching to pneumonia, has killed thousands and infected millions worldwide. Several countries, including India, have implemented lockdown measures and other restrictions to prevent the corona virus. Global efforts to find a cure or vaccine for the corona virus are ongoing, with numerous studies underway and at various stages of development. Scientists are trying to understand the origin of the virus and how it spreads. An indigenous vaccine for coronavirus is being developed in the country by the Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR) in partnership with Hindustan Biotech International Limited (MML). India launched a lockdown on March 24 due to the corona virus, and has gradually eased the ban in stages. The country has shut down rail and air services to control the corona virus. The Center has announced a package of Rs 1.7 lakh crore which will benefit a large number of unorganized sector workers, especially those with daily wages and the urban and rural poor. The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has also taken several relief measures to alleviate the economic woes caused by the corona virus. The center launched special trains in May to help stranded migrants, tourist students and others return to their home states. It has announced the One-India Mission and Operation Samandra Seto to enable Indian nationals to return abroad after coronavirus epidemics. Corona virus epidemic is changing the world. From social distance to wearing masks, from washing hands to working at home, people have been forced to change their habits. And not just humans, the corona virus epidemic has caused clean air, blue skies and changes in animal behavior.
